Renovation Update on the Main Lounge Project
Proceeding as scheduled, the Main Lounge Project is now in the bidding and evaluation phase. The Facilities Oversight Committee (FOC) has shortlisted contractors for the project (Aura Builders, Arkonstruktura, Conmech Construction and Pampanga Block Builders) and all bids are currently being evaluated by the Project Manager.

MPC Enforce Bluforce Security
Bluforce Security Services is the Club's new security agency effective April 1, 2012. In addition to its main task of ensuring efficient security services, it will provide advisories on security management, personnel training, and seminars on personal security and protection.

New Menu for all Outlets
To ensure variety and the quality of food and beverage in the Club, the F&B Department re-engineered the ala carte menu in all outlets. Watch out for the new and exciting items this April 1, 2012.

Reiteration of Security Procedures
To ensure members’ safety and protection within Club premises, the Management is strictly implementing the following procedures:
Non-members and/or Employees of the Members – Drivers and bodyguards are not allowed to enter the Clubhouse.

New F&B Operations Management
The Club’s temporary management of kitchen operation ends on September 20, 2011. Thus, the Office of the General Manager received proposals for F&B operations from InterPro Food Specialists, Inc. and another substantial bidder.
After thorough deliberation of the proposals, the Board 2010-2011 approved to engage the services of InterPro Food Specialists, Inc. -
MPC Welcomes a New Board Year
The Club welcomed B.Y. 2011-2012 with a new set of leaders headed by MPC President Roman V. Azanza, Jr. On August 22, 2011 at the Annual General Membership Meeting, Mr. Azanza along with new directors, Augustin Montilla, Paolo Gabriel Santos and Alfredo Wieneke III, were elected to serve for two board years until 2013...

AGM Set on August 22
The Manila Polo Club Annual General Membership Meeting and Election (AGM) is set on August 22, 2011, 6:00 p.m. at the Club’s Main Lounge. Four directors will be elected to serve for board years 2011-2013.

Club Management takes the lead in F&BEffective April 20, 2011, the Management will temporarily take over the kitchen operations in the Club. Cravings Food Services, Inc., the winning bidder as F&B concessionaire, has decided not to sign the Concessionaire Agreement due to what they perceive as "cultural differences between Manila Polo Club and the Cravings Group".

The Club currently undergoes essential and necessary renovations. Some areas will not be accessible for a while, but alternative venues have been provided.
