MPC Adopts RFID (Radio Frequency Identification)
Effective January 2013 all vehicle stickers issued by the Club will be RFID encoded. Similar to neighboring villages, the new system is expected to result in higher security, better availability of data in terms of entrances and exits, and possibly reduction in guard force. Eventually, all valuable assets of the Club including furniture and equipment will also be RFID encoded.

The New Willow Root Bar Now Open
The newly renovated Willow Root Bar is now open daily for members and their guests from 5p.m. – 12m.n. Its classy interior, fresh menu and first-class service are perfect for unwinding after a day's work or for late night get together. Happy Hour is from 5pm-8pm. Minors are not allowed.

MPC Opens Board Year 2012-2013
On August 28, 2012, Manila Polo Club members convened at the newly renovated Main Lounge for the Annual General Membership Meeting and Election. The event formally welcomed B.Y. 2012-2013 with five new directors: Mr. Louis Campos, Ms. Violetta Gallego-Kramer, Mr. Luigi Bernas, Mr. Narcisso Eraña and Mr. Santiago Elizalde.

Annual General Membership Meeting and Election
The Annual General Membership Meeting and Election will be held on August 28, 2012 (Tuesday), 5:45 p.m. at the Main Lounge. Five directors will be elected to serve for B.Y. 2012-2014.
The Membership department is now accepting proxies which will be validated starting August 20. Deadline for submission of proxies is on August 28 before 5:45 p.m. -

Manila Polo Club Welcomes a New Concessionaire
Pancake House, the Club’s newest concessionaire, opens on July 4, 2012 at the Tennis Pavilion. Visit their outlet near the Middle Tennis Courts for their signature pancakes and other mouth-watering all-day comfort food.

MPC Goes Green through Online Billing
As part of the Club’s environmental campaign, members are encouraged to waive the printed copy of their monthly billing statements. Online viewing of the billing statements is now available at the Member’s Corner of this website. New statements are uploaded every 6th of the month...

Internet Bandwidth Upgrade
The Manila Polo Club has upgraded its internet bandwidth from 3Mbps to 8Mbps. Members, guests and visitors can now enjoy a faster and more reliable connection for surfing, downloading and social networking activities.

Renovation Update on the Main Lounge Project
Proceeding as scheduled, the Main Lounge Project is now in the bidding and evaluation phase. The Facilities Oversight Committee (FOC) has shortlisted contractors for the project (Aura Builders, Arkonstruktura, Conmech Construction and Pampanga Block Builders) and all bids are currently being evaluated by the Project Manager.

MPC Enforce Bluforce Security
Bluforce Security Services is the Club's new security agency effective April 1, 2012. In addition to its main task of ensuring efficient security services, it will provide advisories on security management, personnel training, and seminars on personal security and protection.

New Menu for all Outlets
To ensure variety and the quality of food and beverage in the Club, the F&B Department re-engineered the ala carte menu in all outlets. Watch out for the new and exciting items this April 1, 2012.

Reiteration of Security Procedures
To ensure members’ safety and protection within Club premises, the Management is strictly implementing the following procedures:
Non-members and/or Employees of the Members – Drivers and bodyguards are not allowed to enter the Clubhouse.

New F&B Operations Management
The Club’s temporary management of kitchen operation ends on September 20, 2011. Thus, the Office of the General Manager received proposals for F&B operations from InterPro Food Specialists, Inc. and another substantial bidder.
After thorough deliberation of the proposals, the Board 2010-2011 approved to engage the services of InterPro Food Specialists, Inc. -

The Club welcomed B.Y. 2011-2012 with a new set of leaders headed by MPC President Roman V. The Manila Polo Club Annual General Membership Meeting and Election (AGM) is set on August 22, 2011, 6:00 p.m. at the Club’s Main Lounge. Four directors will be elected to serve for board years 2011-2013.

Club Management takes the lead in F&BEffective April 20, 2011, the Management will temporarily take over the kitchen operations in the Club. Cravings Food Services, Inc., the winning bidder as F&B concessionaire, has decided not to sign the Concessionaire Agreement due to what they perceive as "cultural differences between Manila Polo Club and the Cravings Group".
