
1. Chits
Cash will not be accepted in any department of the Club except in the office of the General Cashier. Members and dependents and accredited guests will sign chits for services. Members, dependents and their accredited guests are requested to present their MPC cards prior to availment of Club services and facilities.
2. Damages
Members and their dependents, guests or visitors shall not deface or destroy any property of the Club. They shall be charged up to double the replacement value of any property broken or damaged. Under no circumstances shall they remove Club property from the premises without the permission of the Management and the approval of the House Committee.
3. Bulletin Board
All notices which may be of interest to Club members must be submitted to the Club Manager for approval before being posted the members’ bulletin board. For further details, refer to the House Rules regarding Posting Announcements.
4. Pets
Dogs and other pets are not allowed within the Club premises.
5. Music
Radios, transistors, tape recorders, etc. shall not be played within the Club premises.
6. Driver’s License
Only persons over the age of 18, holding a valid driver’s license map operate an automobile, motor scooter. Motorcycle or motorbike on Club property.
7. Bicycle
Bicycles may not be ridden on the Club except on regular roads.
8. Skates
Roller skates or skate boards shall not be permitted in the Club premises.
9. Bringing in Food
At no instance shall food be allowed to be brought into the Club premises. Except on functions/parties reserved with the F & B Office. In which case, a corkage charge will be imposed provided further, that such exception will only be allowed if the food cannot be handled by the Club on account of certain ethnic beliefs or traditions.
10. Restricted Areas for Eating
Food or drinks of any kind shall not be served or consumed in the Club lobbies, library, barber shop, beauty parlor, dressing rooms and in such other places that may be so restricted by the House Committee.
11. Restriction to Minors
There will be no sale of cigarettes, tobacco or alcoholic drinks of any kind to minors. Refer to House Rules regarding Minors.
12. Car Stickers
Members shall be provided with car stickers for automobiles belonging to them upon filing of photocopies of the corresponding car registration certificates provided that a certification from the company concerned is received by the Club to the effect that the said car has been assigned for the exclusive use of the member requesting the sticker.
Cars without MPC stickers will be stopped at the guardhouse and the occupants/driver will be asked to register in the Visitor’s Book. The Board, from time to time, may also require the production of satisfactory evidence to identify occupants of cars without stickers
Members are enjoined to remove MPC stickers should they sell or otherwise dispose of their cars and notify the Club Manager accordingly.
13. Mufflers
All vehicles without noise controlled mufflers will not be allowed in the Club premises.
14. Visitors in Restaurants
A member may bring a visitor to use the Club’s restaurant facilities, but not to exceed 15 days in any given month. A logbook shall be maintained in all outlets for proper monitoring of all visitors.
15. Change of Address
Members should notify the secretary of the Club manager of any change of address.
16. Identification
Members, dependents, guests and visitors must identify themselves to the Club staff by showing their membership card when requested to do so.
17. Waiver
The Club assumes no responsibility for the safety of persons using the Club or property belongings to members, guests or visitors but will exercise all possible care in preventing loss of personal property if deposited in such place and manner as may be specified by the management.
18. Carrying of Firearms
The carrying of firearms within the Club premises is limited to the Club security officers in uniform, security guards accompanying the President of the Philippines and those authorized by the Board of Directors. Carrying of firearms by members while inside the Club will be strictly dealt withby the Board of Directors.
