Requirements : Introduction Card from the mother club Cash (Philippines Pesos or US Dollars) 1. When the visiting member registers at the Membership Office, he/she will be handed over a blank script passbook and will be requested to pay (in cash or personal check only) the estimated amount he will utilize. This is his passport to club services, in addition of course, to the Guest Card. 2. When availing of the club services, the visiting member will be requested to hand in the script passbook. 3. The amount billed shall be posted in the script passbook and the remaining balance shall be indicated therein. 4. At the end of the visiting member’s stay, the unused balance as shown in the script passbook will be refunded by the cashier. (The Cashier’s office is open Mondays thru Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m./ The Outlet Cashier is open from Mondays thru Sundays from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.) |
